FRAUD I would give 0 stars if I could I signed up for a 9 99 subscription and that then became a 60 subscription I have never used the app so when I cancelled the request never went through on their end of course and 60 came out of my account this month When I contacted them to request a refund with proof of me not utilizing their app they said they aren t able too even though I showed it has never been used bc I was under the impression I had already cancelled Now I can t get my daughters seizure medicine because they won t comply with the 60 refund that was never supposed to come out in the first place because on my end it told me I would receive a confirmation that never came So much for caring about their customers So now I too need to file fraud with the bank

same as everyone else Sign up for a trial and then they take money from you every month Not shown in apple subs either Will report this to apple its an absolute fraud I didnt even use it and they have been taking money from my account since april refusing to refund

beware this subscription is auto renew they will not remind you in your email once you forgot to cancel they take your money 60 every 3 month So tricky

We never signed up for anything Never had any contact with this company We never have had any mail from them We discovered their name when we saw they fraudulent money withdrawal from our bank account This is fraud and this will be reported to local authorities I demand an immediate refund of the 3 month you somehow manage to take from our bank account If I do not have a refund within one week I will sue your mother company

It is true what all the others experienced You sign up for a trial for 14 99 USD but then slugged for a another full payment 19 98 USD for add ons you did not know about or even agreed to It is misleading and false advertising under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission It is not trustworthy stay a away from this app or be very very careful because they are deceptive and incredibly shady
