Platform unresponsive cannot use
I have subscribed and paid and I cannot use the platform it s over the weekend now very slow response from support the system is supposed to be implemented tomorrow I wanted to use the time over the weekend to get to know the platform but it is impossible because the error I get is I need to connect my number but one of the consultants has assisted me to connect my number to Facebook and the error message indicates that my number is already connected to another account which I don t have this is really very frustrating I cannot talk with joy of this company so be very careful when considering going with this platform

They have stopped serving the starter
They have stopped serving the starter plan after a year and directly closing for a quarter subscription Even services are worse compared to it s pricing No support number or call number provider No customer value was given Worst decision ever to go with them

Absolutely terrible expereience
Absolutely terrible expereience We signed up on interakt and requested for assistance We got assigned to someone called Sumukh He told us on the first call that we need the next available plan to use any feature We sat on a call with him on saturday and he did some kind of a setup Post that he said on the next call we can discuss how to setup the different messages We had a call on monday which we pushed and asked for a later time to which sumukh gave us a go ahead and didnt join the call Today tuesday we had another gentleman join call called Manish who has no clue what we had discussed with sumukh and while he was setting up he goes on to tell us that in the current plan we upgraded to we cant send more than one follow up What we fail to understand is that on the first 2 calls with interakt all they did was tell us to buy the next available plan There is no explanation on what each plan has included in them Interakt is just looking for a reason to extract more money from their customers Manish and Sumukh who we spoke to have no idea about what each other spoke to us They just keep trying to wash our hands And when we bring it up to them on call One of them is asked to drop out of the call so they are not confronted Such a bad experience Manish also goes on to say that none of the other providers in the market give support I dont know how he can make such a bold statement
