Excellent customer service Moved with intercity removals on a very stressful day Grace and the team at intercity pulled it out the bag and our move went very smoothly Have alot of experience in removals and this company went beyond to ensure the move went as planned The guys on the van were very careful and helpful on a very hot day dismantling and reassembling difficult items 10 10 would give 11 if possible

We relocated from South Wales to the Midlands and are so glad we chose Intercity Removals Although they weren t the cheapest quote we received we chose them because of how responsive and professional they were throughout our virtual tour and communications afterwards They delivered a 5 service before moving day all the way through packing moving us and reassembling furniture Anna in the office was brilliant The packing and moving teams were super friendly and hard working They had smiles on their faces and made us feel confident and at ease They also took great care of the carpets in our new home ensuring they were fully protected throughout We will recommend them to everyone

Intercity removals moved my brother on 13 Dec the guys who moved my brother were Vali and Rayan they were so helpful efficient and friendly They worked so quickly but taking care ever step of the way They made the whole process of moving stress free great service

Reliable hard working keeping their promises

Had a quote in October due to delays in purchase it took until April to actually move house During that time the team was friendly and patiently waited quote did not change Intercity removals kindly penciled in the date in for us and waited until very short notice when we confirmed the move day On the move day Stuart Marius and George arrived promptly on time vans were loaded in about an hour they kindly packed fragile items and loaded very quickly safely and efficiently It was a very long day with nearly 500 mile round trip done in one day with loading and unloading and I am really grateful for the help received to pack load unload furniture and boxes into rooms as we required Really glad I used Intercity Removals and would definitely use again as I can trust this company to do what they promise and their staff is really hard working Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable removals company

A professional company good value for money and fantastic communication The team took extreme care with the furniture that was been moved from a third floor storage unit to a new build property I would highly recommend and shall be using then for our house move next year
