I bought a headset There s nothing in the title or picture that suggests this will only work on the PS platform I want to use it on PC You have to scroll down the page and open the details description to see the platform info I received it only to realize that I bought the wrong one and had to return it I think this is an invisible deception I just needed a regular headset who would have thought it couldn t be used on pc

Extremely Dishonest Company
Extremely dishonest company taking advantage of the fact that Switzerland seem to be one of the only countries in the Western world where customers have no statutory rights My keyboard and mouse arrived defective The sales conditions state that I should get a refund but they told meto contact DellDespite them advertising themselves as a Dell Gold Partner and selling me a three-year Dell premium next day warranty Dell told me they did not recognise the warranty I sent it back and 18 days after receiving a broken product they still have not resolved this issue and they are still refusing to provide the level of warranty I purchased My advice is to buy from Galaxus Digitec or Amazon and avoid these crooks To clarify my complaint it is obvious on the following page at least today that interdiscount are claiming to offer 2-year next day Dell Premium warranties and displaying a Dell Gold Partner logo to make their claim convincing https www interdiscount ch de computer-gaming peripherie tastaturen--c556000 dell-premier-km900-bluetooth-us-international-kabellos--p0013917002Unfortunately I cannot post a screenshot here but the German language text copied and pasted reads Dell Premier KM900 - Tastatur-und-Maus-Set - Zusammenarbeit - hinterleuchtet - kabellos - 2 4 GHz Bluetooth 5 1 - QWERTY - US International - Graphite - mit 3 Jahre Erweiterter Austausch-Service am n chsten Arbeitstag What makes this worse is that I spend huge sums of money on shopping every year with Coop So let s hope Interdiscount eventually admit that their actions were fraudulent and return my money My local Migros supermarket is closer than Coop so I could also save some fuel money Update despite promising to look into this 5 days ago and despite have provided the additonal information that was requested I still have no resolution They recognize that their website clearly advertised a Dell Premium Warranty but apparently do not understand that it is unethical and probably illegal to sell something you cannot and do not deliver

Careful Interdiscount Support looks for loopholes in purchase agreement to excuse breaching warranty
skip to barred line for conclusion I bought myself an ASUS Laptop Flow x13 The battery started having issues within about 2 months after purchase due to a model-specific error that many other users on the internet have experienced with this specific laptop We are not talking about the natural wear of any battery We are talking about a mistake in the design of the laptop that inhibits the charging and discharging of the laptop the battery percentage will stay at a certain number and won t increase when plugged in and won t decrease when unplugged until it suddenly gives up without a proper shutdown procedure I booted into Linux too same issue It s a very strange issue that has nothing to do with the eventual wear of the battery instead is an issue with the systems involved in controlling and monitoring power to and from the battery When I contacted Interdiscount to repair the laptop they claimed that I was not eligible for warranty as the issue in question concerned the battery which is a verschleissteil English item subject to wear This is completely obnoxious because as previously explained the battery clearly did not wear and instead something in the laptop malfunctioned which might even not be the battery itself Interdiscount offered to repair the laptop for about 400 CHF even though I was still well within my 24 months warranty coverage I tried to fight it proving to them that 1 The issue is not related to the natural gradual wear of the battery and instead caused by a sudden permanent malfunction in the device s hardware firmware which likely even originates outside of the battery 2 Many other buyers of this laptop experience the exact same highly-specific issue which means the issue should not fall under gradual battery wear and should instead be regarded as an error inherent in the design of the laptop that should be corrected for any affected customers ----------However Interdiscount customer support had found a way to blame the issue on wear of the battery even though this is CLEARLY not the case and would not even acknowledge the arguments I brought They are a company that will wrongfully push warranty cases into ineligibility by aggressively misusing purchase agreements This is simply wrong and fraudulent Stay clear of this company

very bad experience
I ordered a chair from interdiscount but it arrived without armrests I first tried to understand if they could send the armrests but no one answered me So I returned the chair the next day in its original packaging and explained that parts were missing It s been 3 weeks and I have not received any refund for my purchase Interdiscount says that they are waiting for the manufacturer to confirm the damage on the chair What damage are they even talking about the chair is missing the armrests how long can it possibly take to confirm that This is the worst customer experience I ever had in Switzerland Don t buy from interdiscount

charge 20 fee for returns
Returned an electronic device that did not meet expectations because it was slow and just not good Interdiscount takes a 20 cut of any returns that have been opened but returned in perfect condition with all original packaging

Very bad experience
Very bad experience The package was stolen the post and shop were informed immediately It took more than 1 month for customer service to inform me that they cannot do anything and I can go to police The fault was clearly on the post site delivery person just left package without ring but only sender can start inquiry and claim refund The shop refused any help

Customer lack of Service
I ordered a Samsung phone for home delivery and a completely different item Marshall Speaker was delivered I contacted the customer service team straight away by email to let them know and that they needed to please organise the collection of the incorrectly delivered item and deliver the correct item to me the next day They replied that when I returned the item that THEY had delivered incorrectly then they would send me the Samsung phone Sorry Interdiscount send me the wrong item and then they want me to return the wrong item that they delivered to me BEFORE they send me the correct item They also want me to go to a Post Office to do that for them when I have zero time at present which is why I ordered a home delivery Value your customer not at Interdiscount

Interdiscount enables scams using paycardApparently its possible to order items from the online shops only by giving a persons name and address at checkout It is apparently also possible to make purchases in certain shops by simply giving a name and address All without any verification process from Interdiscount to ensure the person making the purchase is actually who they say they are This enables fraud and resulted in my receiving bill from paycard a third party that Interdiscount employs without having made a purchase I couldn t believe how easy it is to commit fraud at Interdiscount Truly a horrible company I don t understand how this can be legal

Low quality service
Low quality service untrained employees The stewarts at the shops are mostly unaware of rules or costs therefore when asking for a return for example it happens that they don t mention about charges In my case I returned an item at their shop the day after purchase without even opening it they were trying without success to process the refund on the same credit card used for the purchase so I had to give an IBAN then much worse they said the full amount would be credited while after few days I discovered 10chf were deducted on a full amount of 45chf I guess they don t spend the money to train their staff properly The customer service isn t any better as they only claimed that this is written on a web page inside their website I did the return in their physical shop and not on their website so for me that is not a significant excuse
