Liv Lodges Payments Issue

The company faced payment issues with its UK partner LivLodges in July 2024 but has failed to provide reliable information or any supporting documents regarding the situation The company s payment is now more than 2 months overdue Although Intermark responded to one negative review stating that the issue is being resolved and everything will be fine soon this is the same phrase they have been telling investors for the past two months All answers to investors questions have been vague and inaccurate This has been the worst investment experience I have had so far especially considering that Intermark advertised it as a passive income opportunity while it has instead become a full-time job managing the issues with this investment

Liv Lodges Crisis No Payments for Investors

In July 2024 LivLodges Intermark s UK partner for whom they find investors experienced payment issues and this situation remains unresolved for over 2 5 months Both Intermark and LivLodges lack reliable information about the issue and have failed to provide transparent communication or supporting documents to substantiate their claims No official representatives have contacted us nor have they offered clear solutions to resolve the problem The only option presented to us was to renegotiate our current agreements with LivLodges but with no terms provided We were simply asked to terminate our existing contracts and sign new ones without knowing the details This lack of transparency has misled investors and left customers uninformed about the status of the partnership and its impact on business operations As a result a group of investors is currently preparing a class action lawsuit to defend their rights Based on this experience I strongly discourage working with Intermark on any of their projects as the consequences could be severe
