Wow What a service

Wow I have worked in customer care for 30ish years and I am impressed Jade took my initial enquiry explained a few things I wasn t sure of put my mind at rest and immediately sent my quote She followed up on the quote the following day arranged a price match and I had my new quote as promised within the hour and thanks to Jade s fantastic customer service skills I was delighted to place my order with her First class service indeed

Their website was very easy to navigate and the product specification sections helped me to choose the right items Their customer service was very good They helped me to select the right products for my needs they didn t rush my decisions they were very friendly and even phoned me back a few times until all was ordered I needed a delay in the delivery which was not a problem for them I would definitely use them again

Kane was particularly helpful in locating the door that I wanted The website information on my telephone had been distorted and I had been unable to view The price of the door compared favourably However the delivery charge for one door seemed disappointingly excessive Kane was clear about prepping the door pre hanging and also about delivery arrangements I was able to pay over the phone

Second order and service even better

This is the second time I ve placed a sizeable order with Emerald doors for Solid Glass Doors and all the associated ironmongery The first time was great and the second time was even better Dealt with William who was incredibly patient helpful and there to support me with a few changes enquiries along the way The order process was very efficient and the delivery came quickly Sadly it s very hard to find great customer service anywhere these days Great to see Internal Doors flying the flag for it and with such a great ambassador for the business in William My thanks personally to him

Friendly helpful knowledgeable and quick

I wanted to replace one door in my house and needed to match the mouldings on the existing doors The product I was interested in didn t allow me to enlarge the picture on the website sufficiently to see if it was suitable or not I spoke to Jade who told me to send her photos of my existing door I ll be honest previous experience meant I wasn t expecting to hear from her again I m still waiting to hear back from another online door retailer a week on However she emailed me back the same day with an enlargeable photo from the manufacturer and then promptly answered some queries I had I placed my order with her over the phone and she made it all as simple as possible Thank you Jade
