The customer service was exceptional I really appreciated the knowledge of all the staff I spoke with and their willingness to help If the person I was talking with couldn t accurately answer my question they helped me with what they could then passed me onto someone else who COULD answer my question Rather than make something up or lie I had several phone calls with them over the course of about a week and at no point was I left waiting on hold for longer than a minute They helped me navigate their extensive product range so I could make an informed decision in a pressurised situation that required swift action I did not feel forced into a decision or as though I was an inconvenience My problem became their problem and they rallied to help me solve it When the time came the delivery driver was also helpful patient and friendly The products I received were the SK445 used for skirting IN46 which I ve used for window sill detail The SK445 came pre-primed which looked thinner than I expected but had full coverage and a consistently smooth finish I would recommend it the pre-prime has been easy to work with when applying an aqua enamel top-coat I would not hesitate to recommend Intrim their quality product extensive range of choice combined with their customer service is well worth the dollar value Special Thanks to Erin Dickeson Monique Wilson you are a credit to the company
