Wrong product no refund
I have placed the order IONY4620 on October 10th for the product Guldan - Tischleuchte I have received a product completely different from what I have ordered After contacting the customer service I was informed that I need to pay the return costs in order regardless if they sent me the wrong product I insisted that they should pay for the return which caused them to stop replying my emails
