Shaista helped me with a problem I had with a seal on one of our bottles When the problem wasn t easily resolved she offered to send a replacement She was absolutely brilliant and couldn t have done more to help A customer service

I love the Ion8 water bottles

I love the Ion8 water bottles This is all I ve ever used for my little girl as they are non toxic being stainless steel and keep water nice and cold for her when at school I lost one of the seals in one of the bottles after having well over a year and I contacted Ion8 who kindly sent me replacement seals free of charge Very good customer service and company Will always purchase my water bottles from them

Big shout out to Shaista on the Support Team I had a problem with a recently purchased bottle and I didn t have a receipt anymore Shaista understood the problem and as a gesture of goodwill replaced the bottle in about two days Great example of customer service

I had an issue with my bottle as the surface layer started to peel off after a month I spoke to Shaista and was sent a new replacement This is excellent customer service and greatly appreciated Thanks
