This company is an absolute joke I have been issued a 60 fine after I have paid 1 60 for a hospital appointment that took 17 minutes I have sent them proof of parking and they told me the registration on the ticket doesn t match my car There is no registration number on the ticket Absolutely disgusting sick people going for scans and appointments

Actually a minus figure if I could avoid these car parks and this company at all costs Impossible to contact and they own manage car parks around hospitals They prey on people having a bad day in my opinion I had bought a ticket for pay and display parking but unfortunately returned a few minutes later than my ticket expiration due to an hospital appointment over running received a 60 fine for a few mins This must happen to so many people at hospitals Shame on you

Blatant Thieves With No True Governance Parked at the car park in Staithes North Yorkshire tried numerous times to pay via their website without success so left 6 days later receive 60 fine Other reviews show there s nothing to be gained by challenging the fine or contacting their governing bodies as the fine increases with little success in contesting Awful company

Drove into there carpark in Bridlington pay display machine didn t work went to the other machine that didn t work then tried to pay online didn t manage to do it 3 days later got a fine of 60 it s a big scam company should be shut down STAY AWAY FROM THERE CARPARKS

Be Cautious of too good to be true prices

I ve just ordered off this person the payment went to Spencer Bridges I ve emailed and tried to call to find out the phone number is not in use and the email will not go through please be aware of too good to be true prices

Don t send people FINES because of FAULTY Machines WiFi etc Unless of course you are intent upon fleecing them without regard to how difficulties with the paying process can affect this

This is a despicable company their payment machine did not work kept rejection my coins to pay I tried numerous times with no success They then issued me with a parking fine I appealed saying I had tied to pay but their machine was faulty they just ignored my appeal when it s their faulty payment machines causing the problems No one to contact by phone automatic response and they couldnt care less Avoid these carparks they are criminals
