The service provided was exceptional We were updated on a regular basis by Paul with no need to chase anything at any point Our emails were always responded to in a very short time with the response being that it had already been sorted We were a little apprehensive in paying a broker when there are comparison sites and brokers with no fees but we re glad we did as it was worth every penny to get the advice guidance and reassurance that was provided making this whole process run smoothly Absolutely recommend

I ve used ipfs for 3 mortgages now and a couple of re-negotiations Paul and Hannah have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with Paul spent a good chunk of time running figures projections and discussing different options for my family and I His friendliness willingness to pick up the phone and sincerity in aiding us in a process which is otherwise only stressful ie when moving house made the whole thing so much more palatable I would recommend ipfs to anyone Thanks Hannah and Paul
