Careless and unempathetic
Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy who have left me without medication several times but this time was the most careless and negligent Instead of telling me in a timely manner that my prescription was not available on a Friday so I could resolve it before the weekend they decided to wait until 4 45pm to tell me which was too late to sort out an alternative They have issued a refund but this won t come through for several days so I am completely without medication for a whole weekend and have no money to get any alternatives Absolutely disgusting and negligent behaviour for a pharmacy to do to a chronic pain patient
