I ve been with boxycharm for about 3 years loved it since they switched to Ipsy it s HORRIBLE I d rather pay full price not the quality of products and getting repeat products canceled my service won t go back unless it goes back to the old boxycharm that was amazing

Overall I am happy with my Boxycharm shipments Recently I received a broken eyeshadow palette in my monthly shipment a defective item within a set I ordered from Boxy Drop Shop I ordered a eye therapy silky mask with cooling warming inserts The cooling inserts were missing most of the gel balls liquid for cooling

I love getting name brands and i love trying new things One thing I don t like is the repeat items Whether it be repeat items from Ipsy previous Boxy boxes or purchases There are many many items I don t have that I could receive but don t I also am not happy about the continuous price increases over the past several years without noticeable improvement in shipping repeat items etc

"I used to love getting this box "

I used to love getting this box bc there were always unique and exciting products The quality is great and value overall The products have become repetitive and boring I know I will ALWAYS get a face serum a neutral palette a setting spray ect There s nothing to look forward to anymore The December luxe box is something I look forward to but it was so disappointing Nothing special nothing glitzy for the holidays just basic makeup and skincare I end up giving most of my items away Please spice up the products and make it more interesting and unique

"Worth considering if you re on a budget"

I recently ordered some cosmetics from this online shop and had a mixed experience On the positive side the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate and the prices were quite competitive However the shipping took longer than I expected and the packaging was not a graet experience While I appreciate the affordable prices I would have preferred to pay a bit more for a more reliable experience Overall I would say that this shop is worth considering if you re on a budget but be aware that there may be some hiccups along the way

"I do like the idea of Boxy"

I do like the idea of Boxy but Ipsy and Boxy are almost the same subscription service I am betting all 3 Boxy services and Ipsy Glam Bag and Glam bag plus I am receiving products that are not close to my shade range as well as repeats I am hoping it gets better soon I also think with the way the economy is going I feel that you should hold someone s subscription for 10 after the due date for payment kind of like a grace period The only boxes I get are Ipsy and Boxy but my kids and bills need to come first and I put my boxes back a few days to purchase These are just my thoughts better products profile matching and working a little bit with your customers to ensure a great experience for all

I enjoy my boxy but for the past 4 months I have been not happy because 1 not getting my choice item or 2 not getting my drop shop bogo s or items The 6 credit doesn t pay for the choice item and getting partial refunds on my drop shop orders is annoying

The products are amazing but recently I haven t gotten the explanation cards and when I try to review to get my points none of the products in my boxes are on the review page also I tried the Refreshments didn t like the razors and canceled but then was charged for it and everytime I go to the Refreshments page it s unavailable Please fix this thank you

"Kind of dissappointed"

I have received the repeated item 2 times in a row meaning I have 3 of them and even another 1 from Ipsy I don t like the repeat items in both Boxycharm and Ipsy I also feel that customer support is not as easy as before without the chatting bot There are two bundles I purchased from the dropship showing three items in the picture but end up receiving only 2 of them Besides I have orders that are not able to be fulfilled In general I could still see the value there But as a loyal customer for these many years I no longer feel excited about Boxycharm But I have to say Ipsy is doing better actually
