I feel I need to give the new Boxy Ipsy some love My reviews have been horrible but things have changed CS is right with it they haven t missed a step If something goes wrong I am refunded The boxes are even better lots of what I love But truth is I was a little hard on them when you think of what you get for around 35 00

I look forward to getting my boxy charm every month and I have loved mostly everything I ve gotten I try brands and things I would never have bought for myself However it s December 6th and I still haven t received my November box yet and I ve already been charged for my December box The box s tracking information has updated Although this is disappointing custyservice is helping me

"My experience lately"

My experience lately has not been the best I love the products in my box but at times they come damaged at in order to get a replacement we must include shipping label in the picture which for me is not the best way to handle the situation I get my box empty it out toss it into the recycle bin sometimes I don t get a chance to actually look through my items because life happens Also I have had a few months straight that have came with duplicate items

Boxy has definitely changed its overall quality over the time ive received my Boxy Charm boxes Unfortunately I cannot confirm that the changes have been for the better Meanwhile the prices have gone up several times I would love to see the quality of the items and packaging go back to what it was when Boxy Charm first started

This just goes to show you how inaccurate these reviews can be They can tarnish one s business if a person believes every bad review Some of them are liars They lie because they are in the wrong to begin with No one is perfect and even ipsy makes mistakes All in all I ve enjoyed getting ipsy glam bags for such a low price each month Sure at times it s not to my liking but that s life
