Horrible tech support and too many bugs in their system I ve tried reaching them through support tickets or online chat I even emailed the CEOs of the company No response Nothing works

Products just up and died
Products just up and died Bought two air monitors One indoor one outdoor And I bought some masks Indoor monitor over heated so badly I thought it would melt The back then fell off Outdoor monitor just died And the masks just didn t work That is did keep out dust and unable to breath with them on Oh and I bought these products a little over a year ago

I own multiple IQ Air Health Pro Plus
I own multiple IQ Air Health Pro Plus units These are 900 machines which require 300 in filters every time they are due for replacement say 6-18 months depending on how much you use them don t quote me It s very expensive to own and operate because of this Having said that I do feel the products do a good job which is why I own multiple units I m giving them 1 star out of 5 because 0 stars isn t an option I requested a warranty replacement on two of the trays as the rubber seal gaskets deteriorated over the years They offer a 10 year warranty so I expected they d cover them for such an expensive unit and well because the filters are expensive so if they replace my trays under their promised Warranty I ll still be able to use the unit and buy the expensive filters Low and behold after having given them pictures of my unit the serial number and Amazon receipt they tell me the unit is not under warranty I bought the unit brand new from Amazon less than 10 years ago and the trays I m asking to be covered are inexpensive maybe 35 each I believe they quoted me So for 70 they ve alienated a customer by refusing to honor the warranty on a 900 air purifier that requires 300 in filters annually What a weird thing to lose a customer over right For this reason I think they re a poorly run company with bad customer service reps warranty reps They should stand by their products make cheap repairs easy to achieve and maintain their customer base afterall I have told people IQ Air is the best over the years before ever needing to contact their Warranty department Now those word of mouth referrals disappear and I have to say Product is good but expensive and hope that you don t need a repair under warranty as mine wasn t honored That s bad

DO NOT BUY - The air filters have the WORST ui ux interface The product is cheaply made The wheels broke and the third day The shell is so flimsy you cannot move the air filter For the price its an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

I ve purchased an Air monitor system TRASH
I ve purchased an Air monitor system which is a hassle to set up I got tricked by YouTube videos but the air monitor received is not user friendly Trying to reach someone at the company is a tiring task as I sent numerous messages to them to send me a label so I can return the device to no success Save yourself a headache and a few hundred dollars and find a better company to do business with My next step is to have AMEX charge back my purchase and return my money being they re impossible to communicate with or get a response from

Severe Data Failures and Unacceptable
Severe Data Failures and Unacceptable Customer ServiceSince February 12 2025 there have been repeated data failures from the manufacturer Since then my IQAir Outdoor device has stopped functioning properly The particle count has been 100 to 200 times higher since that day The measurements are no longer reliable PM1 PM2 5 and PM10 have all increased at the same rate since that day as has the particle count This was not the case before For me it is clear that the device was rendered useless due to the server issues Unfortunately there is no information on the manufacturer s website nor do they respond to support requests Their support team completely ignores all incoming emails whether you want to purchase something or need help with a problem Paying 350 for such a catastrophic customer service experience and having the company force unreliable data onto my device making it unusable is absolutely unacceptable Until this week the device worked very reliably for months but the manufacturer has now rendered it completely useless
