Underhanded and fraudulent thieves

Happened to me too And I am incredibly IT literate and switched on when it comes to scams What I did do was generate a new virtual card to pay the 50c but then when the email confirmed the payment and they took what they said they d take I didn t think to cancel that card I ve now frozen it I ve requested a refund from my bank because when I contacted Iq brain they said no sorry you agreed to our terms I agreed to the 50c not a completely unmentioned subscription Steer clear I m now also doubting my IQ result and will go looking elsewhere to retest

DONT PAY ANYTHING The website is totally fraudulent They charge you 50 cents for some IQ results and apparently without any visible warning you are subscribed which causes that after 24 hours they charge you an amount of 50 euros without having any KNOWLEDGE I am not 75 years old I am 27 years old and I can handle myself enormously in the internet world I have been tricked anyone can be tricked To consider yourself successful for having a fraudulent business is a shame At least it would be to me

Scam They lure you into some kind of subscription that is not clear what it is and your have no idea entering into it either Then they start charging you for the subscription on a regular basis

An absolute scam

It happened to me a month ago and I kept emailing them and they refused to give me a refund until I saw one comment here that literally saved me so listen up When you re emailing them tell them that you are aware that they are a scam and it s clear how their customers are not their top priority since they can t satisfy them and I added a few more things but after that they refunded me all the money And please make sure you say you don t want them to take any further money in the future or say that you want to unsubscribe to make sure

SCAM Reported as fraud to my credit card company Fortunately I had taken screen shots of my purchase Nowhere does it state it is a subscription service on the payment page for which I have the proof Update after repeatedly sending them the same email and telling them I had screenshots they actually refunded me the full amount Guess I got lucky looking at other people s reviews

I m a 17yo student who contacted the support services They say 0 50 for an iq test so ofc I paid and tried it out w my friend and my sister but the next day I saw -100 from my bank account Wtf It doesn t mention anywhere that you re automatically subscribing to anything and they didn t even want to make an exception for me after I literally explained that I will take responsibility for 1 payment and the other one will be a learning from my mistake but it just landed on deaf ears Absolutely disgusting behaviour Not to mention it only allows you 2 iq tests per account so u have to set up another one if you re doing it w ur friends and fall into the trap 2x Seriously childish business lololol

Absolute SCAM They set up a large monthly withdrawal that I was unaware of When I complained they sent me this We have cancelled your subscription and there will be no future charges please rest assured But I just saw a second charge a month later They had set up a recurring charge on paypal which they did not cancel I had to go into paypal and cancel it myself
