I recently had an experience with IQ International that left me quite dissatisfied Initially I signed up for an IQ test with a nominal fee of 0 70 EUR for a 2-day trial However I was not clearly informed about the automatic renewal of a monthly subscription at 39 90 EUR after the trial period The terms and conditions regarding the subscription were not prominently displayed or communicated during the initial transaction This lack of transparency led to an unexpected charge on my account When I reached out to customer support they were prompt in their response but firm in their policy of non-refundable subscription fees despite the miscommunication
