Beyond terrible customer service They deleted my account without anyone asking for it then demanded I dig out every receipt for every purchase I ve ever made in order to reinstate my account status In addition I had to make countless calls online chats and MANY MANY emails to get it all sorted It took over 5 months of chasing emails went unanswered for weeks The end result was a pathetic Fr 30 voucher for the countless hours wasted chasing them The attitude was your case is complicated so it takes a long time and somehow I should be grateful for all their efforts What they fail to understand is they messed everything up and as a customer all I care about is a swift fix and minimal inconvenience In the end so many emails went ignored I had to dig out and email a different customer service line Bottom line if I could have scored them as less than one star I would Horrible horrible horrible

Unskilled IQOS customer service
I have called the customer service in IQOS Canada It was very bad experience I couldn t get any useful information to upgrade my duo 3 device Very bad unprofessional unskilled To be fare the IQOS customer service was perfect a year ago when I joined IQOS

Unprofessional and scammers
After all these years of advertisements and healthier way of smoking unfortunately got trapped 3 weeks ago I saw that offer that I can have a trial of the IQOS and if I am not satisfied to return it back I went to their website picked up the iluma and three tobacco flavours included in the offer I follow all the instructions of the website I gave my PayPal account and paid the discounted offer Super fast delivery next day I was holding it with the fancy packaging trial blah blah blah a bag for recycling butts etc As smoker usually I am smoking 2x packs per week lucky strike amber specifically Excited to use IQOS and finally switch to it I realised that I had to smoke double the amount Given that the cost of my cigarettes was 8 franc each 16 francs per week now I had to smoke 5 packs iqos and spend 40 francs per week That s quite clever from PM now they can sell 1 5 of the amount tobacco and charge exactly the same price The same day I had an invitation to provide feedback about the IQOS considering the time that I owned the new cigarette I cannot be subjective However the questions were about the smell of the ordinary cigarettes what people around me think about the smell or in my clothes nothing particularly about health benefits Worth to mention that IQOS promotes the marketing and the referral point system You recommend the product you have cheaper pleasure On the second week they requested feedback about customer service even if I ve never had anything to do with that And the grand finale When I decided that is a joke and I want to return the product back as the trial period was about to expire I had to call them and ask them for a return label They replied back to me that the product is not trial and is already paid and purchased and I cannot return it back and my question is Where was that mentioned Why they asked me then to pay Why the packaging and everything they sent was misleading the customer with trial stickers and advertisement It s a terrible company IQOS and PM in the same time They want to make higher profits and of course they don t care about our health benefits

Dont get their products
Got in contact with the customer care as my old iqos 2 4 that was sitting in a sealed box up until today cause i just couldnt be bothered to switch just does not want to work Sealed box Brand new device Shouldn t be a problem Instead i got a customer assistant Mourad who was not only really useless not even trying to help but chucked me out of the chat as well So now I ll watch a youtube video cause even thats more useful then these people And if it doesnt work i guess thats it Avoid people Avoid

I am using IQOS since June-July 2023 Personally are the biggest scammers 1 Their website is slow and with 1000 bugs If you do not communicate with them they don t add your additional points or you are waiting forever You try to choose DOB and some of them cannot be chosen 2 Their vouchers are useless They had a referral promotion 40 CHF They never gave me 40 CHF I had to chat with them about 30 min and finally they provided another voucher 30CHF Second time again the same I was chatting about 30 min and they provided another voucher with 35 CHF one week later 3 I wanted to buy a bulk of sticks 64 CHF as I am gold member shipping fees FREE Added my 30 CHF voucher and now 7 CHF shipping fees Finally as I mentioned the product might be better than smoking is not the optimal as many times I came across with sticks or even packs that after couple of puffs were useless and you throw them away However the customer service and the cheatty way that they try to undermine you and get your money is the worst part for me

I have used it for almost 3 years
I have used it for almost 3 years This week I have quit as the new charger is just terrible On a first puff it hits you so strong The actual cigarette is so small it does not last just few puffs I bought 2 chargers and they are both same Also I always smoked birch which is the lightest of all others Thank you for making me quit

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT The shop owner explains it in such a way that u believe every word they say and u are convinced that it will save u money untill u got home and u want to use it it is more expensive than the normall sigaret So there is no refund because it is used registered 30 euro s in the trashcan If u want to know how it works read the manual u HAVE to make an account on there website and register this product than u can read the manual And when u registered this product it is a used product and there will be no refund scammers
