I am traveling from durg- nizzamudin sampark Kranti express on 26 November 2024 And I had the worst experience of my life where because of Indian railway negligence we have to suffer to reach home Now the train is not reaching the destination we have booked which was bilaspur instead to durg which is 150 km away from our home also the train is quite late making us miserable and vulnerable

Worst railway in whole world and the irctc app is the worst booking app I ve ever seen they re not reliable and not worth either you can travel in bus instead of travelling in these the app has so much bugs and no relevant information in these absolutely worse i can t even book a ticket in that app The app shows there are 425 seats in tatkal while I try to book it regrets

Open Letter to Mr Ashwini Vaishnav Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha at Parliament of India in 2019 - PresentUnion Minister for Railways Communications Electronics and Information Technology at Government of India I believe you are very busy with so much on your plate My wife and I are intending to visit India our mother country after a few years of living overseas We intended to make some intra-city travel within India and thought of making use of IRTC for our train bookings I am very disappointed in how this website is developed Additionally it is of no use to us As an international traveller I registered my new profile on the website The website asked us to pay a certain fee to be registered as a foreigner I paid this amount to complete the registration process However to my surprise I was charged twice within one minute via two different transactions Both transactions were with different transaction ids which was very surprising as well as suspicious Moreover despite being charged twice I still haven t been able to make any bookings or check any trains For your reference here are the details of my profile and both the transactions Profile username - ankitpatelparkwoodTransaction one - INDIAN RAILWAY CATERIN DELHI 0006 - 2 42Transaction one - INDIAN RAILWAY CATERIN DELHI 01IND0RATE C - 2 42Both transactions were with different transaction ids which was very surprising as well as suspicious There is no hope for me to make any enquiry because no one is responding The online chat is just an automated robot who cannot solve my problem I tried to write to IRTC but they don t have multiple attachment options Its not just the question of being charged twice it is the question of a useless scamming website Just go online and read the reviews of people about India and IRTC It makes us very uncomfortable as Indian origin people living overseas Not sure if you will help us or not but I m raising my voice I have sent an email to yourself and office of the PMO too raising this concern hoping for you to take carge of your role in the chosen government of Indian people Kind regards

I would give it zero stars if I could What a terrible website and app It keeps saying Invalid user when I try to login It doesn t let me reset password by not sending an OTP at all I called the customer care which is anpther horrible experience It kept saying PNR is invalid when in fast it is actually valid and never connected me to an agent All in all what a terrible experience to be dealing with irctc Avoid it

I am travelling from Nilgiri express to Chennai central The train stopped at arakonnam junction Firstly we should be informed this in prior because work going on in central isn t unplanned Secondly there should be an alternative option that has to be arranged Very dissatisfied with the service Everyone has commitments this just shows how how unbothered IRCTC is sbout people s time

Impossible site to purchase tickets After 1 month trying we have abandon our trip to India We would give this site no marks if we could 1 is definitely too high

To purchase tickets train tickets you must login with OTP sent to email After over a month of trying we finally got out OTP They took a fee from our credit card because we are an international traveler Completely accepted this but then could go not further until they verified our phone number by sending another OTP After 2 days of trying and more than 20 attempts we have decided to abandon train travel in India as impossible to purchase tickets
