The software and customer service are great However if you re using the latest version of iOS you might experience some minor connection issues I encountered an issue with my recurring subscription and I am extremely satisfied with the assistance I received from one of their agents Chloe She handled everything and helped me through the whole process

Great Product EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I worked with Ray on a customer service request and the issue was addressed and resolved to my satisfaction very quickly Ray personally listened to what I had to say and took care of the problem I have to say it s not very often you see that kind of personal response and customer care I was really impressed with both him and the company for taking the effort to make sure their customers are satisfied I will definitely be a return user as a result and I HIGHLY recommend
