Very good service and quick reply Have bought several pieces of bike wear from Isadore Apparal which are of high quality Unfortunately one of the zippers broke on a jacket The service personal forwarded me a need jacket very swift and I did not had to spend a lot of time sending the old jacket back to their shop Will continue in the future to purchase my bike wear from Isadore Apparal

Everything what I knew about cycling apparel changed with my first purchase there Neither of the previous 10 or so bibs I purchased before were so comfortable The quality and finish of the jersey was amazing It felt like wearing a work of art I almost did feel embarrassed to wear something so perfect on me not being exactly perfect Fast forward several months and I made several more purchases including few jackets baselayers a gilet tights gloves Everything lived to my high expectations The contact with the support team when I needed it Ahoj Zuzana was professional and swift You can feel this is more like a family company rather than a big corporation Velits brothers and the team certainly put a lot of heart there Downsides Pricing though it s still better than what many other companies charge and you certainly get a lot for what you pay Also one must remember that those merino wools need bit more care than synthetics but it is worth it This is how modern premium cycling apparel looks like Highly recommended

Wonderful Customer Service

Wonderful Customer service had an issue with a base layer that I purchased so I decided to email the company even though it was out of the typical return policy date I was given so much help and assistance and they even replaced the base layer Really going above and beyond The new base layer is perfect and I have used it quite a few times since I received it with there being no faults I recommend this brand and will definitely be purchasing from them again

This is hands down the best and coolest cycling clothes I have used The design is nice the product quality is superb and they have an excellent customer service For years I was reluctant to use a product with wool just sounded very old school odd and overly warm so I ve been riding around in smelly polyester - The use of app 30 Merino wool however is great It has all the relevant qualities of being able to transport sweat keep you warm etc and love and behold wool is also self-cleansing so after a good winter-ride I will just hang out the base-layer and 30 mins later it is bone dry with no smell Now Isadore is by nu means cheap It s up there with the best of them Assos Rapha etc but its quality for money and I m a fan
