The iScooter U2 ebike is amazing

I bought the U2 ebike 26 wheels from iScooter UK online and it is amazing I couldn t believe the how I got this for only 532 sales and a discount compared to other ebikes prices well over 1 000 My U2 ebike is a step through a bit on the heavy side but I am 5ft and can manage it Its recommended rider height 5 2 minimum I lowered the seat to the minimum height and because of this I need to unclip the seat post clamp to remove the battery The U2 ebike comes with a lot of accessories the pannier rack front and rear lights mud guards and kick stand I got a free combi lock with the ebike I couldn t find anyplace for my drinks bottle so I attached my old holder to the front plate with cable ties where you can have the optional shopping basket There are 5 levels of peddle assist and it made my riding so much easier because I live in a hilly area In between peddling it kind of cruises like a scooter with the PAS but I am always in control There is also a throttle makes the ebike act like a moped which is not attached and arrives as an accessory I read reviews that the throttle is not legal in UK and maybe that s why it is not attached but the wires are set for it just plug and play I don t use it because it would need to sit between my right hand and the gears I might accidentally press the button and speed off unexpectedly Another feature are the gears I can ride the U2 ebike without the battery When looking for an ebike I found that the ones with seperate gears were more expensive I had an issue with the ebike the day it arrived It took a couple of weeks to sort but iScooter communicated throughout and the issue was sorted Their customer service is amazing and very patient This U2 ebike is a dream and an absolute bargain

My son loves this scooter Had an issue with part being damaged and customer service replaced part at no additional cost no company does this They even sent video tutorials showing step by step how to fix it

I recently purchased an iX3 for my 12 year old grandson which he loves It seems to be very well built for the price with nice features like fairly large off road pneumatic tires suspension and sturdy frame It has plenty of power and speed and decent battery life There was one issue with the dashboard control not powering up the scooter after about 4 months We contacted customer service and after several emails and testing of the electrical components it was determined that the dashboard unit was probably faulty so they sent us a new one which solved the problem I am very pleased with the communication and service we received from iScooter and based on my experience would definitely recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a scooter
