I bought two machines that did not work i paid in total 47 I immediately tired to call with no use only way to get in touch was through whatsapp they needed 12 hours to respond and they did at midnight Believe me they have the slowest and worst ever customer service Imagine you request a refund for 2 items that do not work and they say they will deduct delivery and operational fees from your money I was not happy but still said ok They said the driver will come to pick up the item in 5 to 10 days imagine they let the delivery collect your payment but they do not trust you or the driver to pay you back so then i have to wait for 8 days for them to make sure they received the items then they will wire transfer the money they will need my full name After more than 20 days I do not hear from them so i write and they say they need my government ID I told them when they delivered the items did they ask for ID they have my mobile number the invoice my address my online ishtari account app and the paper of proof of pick up for the items THEY sent me so I refused to give them my national ID and to date i have not been paid Products have bad quality the customer service is even worse Beware from the fake reviews mainly on their facebook page

Bad service maybe the worst
My mom ordered 2 of the same item by mistake as she didn t realise she added 2 to cart until the order got delivered She wanted to exchange the extra item but they refused by claiming that the item is sensitive and cannot garantee that their delivery company will bring it back in shape The item was a heavy duty bucket with a round mop delivered in a box that we didn t open it was obviously sealed and we sent them pictures And if we received them in shape they can get it back in shape They didn t care and kept claiming it s a sensitive product It felt that they just don t want it back to get rid of their stock Also if the delivery company is unreliable that is not the customer s fault They should completely take responsability of their operations At any case they cause so much frustration and they don t even compensate with a free delivery for example Customer support team seems understaffed and unorganised It takes them so much time to reply without any time expectation feedback We ve been trying to solve this exchange issue of one item since 9 days from delivery Contacting them everyday It s a waste of time and energy to buy from Ishtari I also asked them where can I report a technical security issue I found which is a leaking customers data from their website and they totally ignored my message So it s also not secure to provide them with your personal information like phone number and address If there was less than a star for rating i would have selected that option

I had an awful experience with my
I had an awful experience with my order I purchased a swing that arrived with a missing part After reaching out I was told they were looking into it A month later after I followed up they assured me the missing part would be delivered within 5 to 9 business days A few days later I was informed that they couldn t locate the part and since the swing was out of stock they couldn t provide the missing piece from another unit However when I checked the website I saw there were still two swings available In short I wouldn t recommend buying from them

Horrible experience dishonest company never purchasing again
We purchased 2 security cameras without realizing they weren t compatible with our DVR Unfortunately we only discovered this a few days after the exchange period had ended The cameras were NEVER installed just removed from their boxes When we requested an exchange for the 2 0MP cameras our request was denied claiming that cameras are sensitive products and not eligible for return or exchange However the product listing clearly states that the item is eligible for returns We understand that we missed the exchange window by a few days but a more reasonable approach would have been to allow their technician to inspect the cameras before immediately refusing the exchange

A very dishonest company
A very dishonest company I bought a water dispenser which i never plugged The bottle did not fit inside the compartment and i called them few minutes after i received the order They gave different reasons after 3 days for exchanging it not claiming it is a company policy This is very dirty While i tried many sellers online and most are much more reliable I will never by from Ishtari again and urge everybody to be careful

I wouldn t even give them 1 star Their products are mostly junk and they do not stand behind it Worse is their customer service that bounces you around different numbers with no end
