I love my scooter it goes everywhere I go in my car and now there is no such thing as too far of a parking spot I am in love and the customer service is really nice tho I wish they got back to me during normal California day time tho it is nice to wake up to a nice e mail from them when I e mail them super nice people and even sent me a free helmet sue to some confusion with my purchase I thought it came with front pouch bag but that is separate So for the confusion they sending me a free helmet So awesome

V6 Electric Skateboard

Ordered the V6 electric skateboard and it was good Shipping even came a day early Had to loosen the trucks for better steering but it has enough storage for me to go from my highschool and back without issue Only complaint is the obnoxious isinwheel com label on the skateboard sticking out like a sore thumb Would ve been better places maybe if it was on the side of the battery

We bought the isinwheel GT2 800W Off Road Electric Scooter and honestly we loved it there are no complaints about it The company was very responsive and we received the scooter at the time they provided 100 recommended

The scooter arrived on time

The scooter arrived on time It was ready to go quickly I and my two boys really enjoy riding it It s great looking because of the heat we only ride at night and it s lighting is very good and it has a loud horn The only improvement I would suggest is that the instruction manual should explain the mode controls a little more clearly so it s easier to understand The scooter itself is excellent The manual needs a little more clarity I had to write customer service about a question and they answered quickly and accurately

Great customer service Bike was slow getting to us at first then when I reached out to customer service Nancy she took care of the issue in a timely manor Our grandson is inlove with his new bike He will enjoy this when we are camping Thanks

The sales and service teams are great They are quick to answer and never condescending Unlike a competitor they did not say we don t recommend these for seniors but rather were eager to answers qquestions with plenty of info for me to make an informed decision We now have a second iX3 based on my experience with the first one Everybody loves it although some strangers do look at this senior with a quizzical look I wish it had more torque for going uphill that the steering stem was more solid and that the battery had a bit more range but those are my only gripes I have been in the snow on ice a little risky in the rain dirt gravel grass etc and it was no problem and a lot of fun It s a great alternative to carting ebikes around on a rack behind your vehicle and much lighter and easier to handle I would recommend this brand without hesitation for young folks to old folks

I bought my skateboard 2 months ago and the experience has been nothing but great so far The design is very durable and sturdy The offroad wheels make riding it on bumpy roads a breeze I wish it had a a bit more power for incline hills but that s just because I love riding FAST Highly recommend
