Frustrating Experience with Isinwheel Poor Communication Delayed Refunds and No AccountabilityI recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Isinwheel that I feel compelled to share so others can make an informed decision before purchasing from them Here s the full story After placing an order with Isinwheel I encountered ongoing issues Despite promises of a quick delivery 2-5 days my order faced constant delays compounded by vague inconsistent responses from customer service The lack of clear communication only worsened when I requested a refund Although I followed Isinwheel s instructions for obtaining a refund including rejecting the package upon arrival they continued to delay the process offering contradictory reasons At one point they claimed the refund would take 7-10 days in other messages they said it would take 1-3 days creating even more confusion and frustration Even after providing their supposed proof of refund with no transaction details attached I contacted my bank which confirmed that no refund was in progress When I finally initiated a chargeback with my bank Isinwheel blamed the chargeback for freezing my refund despite their previous assurances that they were processing it To date they have failed to provide proof of any successful refund transfer and I have now escalated this issue with consumer protection authorities including the European Consumer Centre Summary Misleading Delivery Promises Shipping delays despite assurances of a fast delivery Inconsistent Communication Frequent contradictory statements about refund timelines Lack of Accountability No clear proof of refund provided despite repeated requests Inadequate Customer Service Failed to address concerns professionally and transparently leading me to escalate the matter with consumer protection Conclusion Based on my experience I cannot recommend Isinwheel If you re considering a purchase be aware of the risks and lack of reliable customer service Proceed with caution

I recently had a crash which involved a wall after swerving a cat on my way home from work I was fine but my electric scooter had a bent brake and it had snapped where the cable attaches too it I got in contact with isinwheels And they replied to my email right away And there sending me out a new brake They didn t have to do this as my warranty doesn t cover damage caused by a crash I appreciate there support and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase an electric scooter Thanks again

Overall review and customer support experience

Only had the GT2 model a few days but thus far the build quality and overall scooter is excellent I had reviewed many scooters prior to purchasing the ISIN Wheels GT2 and found the GT2 amongst the best thus far I ve not been disappointed Packaging was good easy to assemble and operate Speed of delivery was a short 3 days I also had a minor issue with an error my son made and ISIN Wheels customer support got back to me within 24 hours and offered to send a replacement part with instructions to replace at there cost even though it was our error Great customer support and service
