Phenomenally expensive
Phenomenally expensive 9 for a return from Sandown to Newport although they don t actually do returns for some reason taking the car and paying to park will cost half as much only worthwhile if you have a bus pass which is what the bus is full of anyway everyone else probably drives if they have a car

I would rather walk
The staff at the main terminal are rude and rough on the eyes I was ignored by them for 10 minutes while waiting to be provided a refund as the card machine on the bus had taken my money but not excepted it after being told by the bus driver to physically show him my balance to prove I had the money he sent me with my receipt to go and get a refund during this time waiting the bud left without me and I had to wait another hour no wonder no one respects your buses and urinate all over them clean it up

shocking service
just docking in yarmouth with the ferry on time could see the bus sat there the ramp goes down people get off the boat the bus pulls away good timing well done go to get the 6 minutes past 8 to newport guess what no bus waited 20 minutes still no bus and had to thumb a lift late for my course great thanks go back to newport in the afternoon to catch the 15 min past no bus 20 minustes later still waiting go to the office and ask tell them ive now missed my boat they couldnt give a stuff the drivers running late that was it eventually got on the bus and the driver thought hed make the time up by driving like it was formula 1 get to the ferry sure i missed my boat that i prepaid for and had to buy another ticket many thanks southern vectis complete horse s t

Stealing from children
I m not surprised by the 2 9 rating This company are just the pits They took money from my child s bank card when he had a key card the whole time as his card was in his phone stupid I know whenever he scanned the key card How their systems even allow this in the first place is beyond me clearly hoping to steal from people who don t check their bank accounts He didn t notice it coming out his bank so it goes back months totaling 61 Get told today that they only refund one month back I just feel they could of made an exception for a child Clearly Southern Vectis needs the money more than we do
