Very knowledgeable and helpful My issue was my phone was randomly turning itself off I self diagnosed as the battery needing changing and upon arrival to the shop they told me that they would change it and if it turned out this wasn t the issue they would change the battery back and give a full refund which makes you feel that they are genuine people and not just out to make money

Initial visit to Apple store left me speechless after they quoted for a replacement iPad pro when I took it in for an intermittent screen flicker Saw Ismash on the way out and for under a third of the price got a text back same day saying the iPad was fixed with a new screen and ready to collect It s now good as new Thanks M
