I m from Australia and was going to Europe so I thought I d look at places to get dental crowns done The Whatclinic site threw up some highly rated clinics out of the thousands that are in Turkey I sent the identical enquiry to 5 clinics Most responded almost immediately Some were low priced some were high One clinic took a look at my teeth and included in the price 10 root canals This suggested they thought the job was so difficult that most of the teeth would need to be killed to be able to work on them stanbul Di Akademisi came in at the middle to low priced end very competitive The attention to detail and ability to communicate however was very high end The person attending to me was Onur who s English was excellent and his understanding of dental concepts was extensive because his answers were immediate and detailed We agreed terms I was taken to the clinic straight from the airport and after x-rays was given a thorough examination Onur went through the options and explained that my case was a little complicated which I knew already from decades of mouth jaw teeth problems He explained that my upper jaw had not developed in line with the lower jaw so a V shaped upper jaw sat on a normal U shaped lower jaw This caused unsightly underbites on the SIDES of tooth line along with no overbite at the front It was an ugly mess in there and I said I wanted to have a normal U on U tooth line with a normal overbite at the front Onur assured me they would do their best I though thought the chances of being able to correct this without jaw surgery or long term pallet expanders was slim Well Onur and his expert team achieved in just four days what could only be described as a miracle I got exactly what I thought was impossible and all without a single root canal stanbul Di Akademisi achieved through expert computer design and manufacturing -their facilities are hyper modern and state of the art- what I was told in Australia could not be done Apart from their incredible ability their warmth and customer attention was amazing There was a real sense of caring and of not just being a number Payment was simple and instant with Revolut and most of all un-pressured It turns out Onur is actually the General Manager and so to have that level of attention speaks volumes for this boutique clinic that is bound to grow in stature and reputation amongst a very crowded marketplace I consider Onur and his team like family now and would not even think about going any where else If six stars was available they would receive them from me

I came to Istanbul Dental Academy for my aching teeth I had my root canal treatments done My pain is gone I also had zirconium crown on my teeth and my smile changed Now I can eat and smile comfortably There is a very clean clinic Thank you

Relaxing Atmosphere

Visiting the dentist was a surprisingly pleasant experience The dentist was incredibly gentle and the offer of coffee and a relaxing atmosphere immediately put me at ease I appreciated the tour of the building which helped alleviate any lingering nerves Most importantly the dentist s honesty about the state of my teeth was refreshing I strongly recommend this dentist for their professionalism gentleness and honesty

Do what makes you happy

I highly recommend having dental work at Istanbul Dis Akademisi The entire process though at first was daunting picking the right clinic was stressful However I am happy with my choice The cost was great I could have chosen a cheaper route but the employees at this facility are all well qualified You pay for what you get I had 20 crowns done but had no pain what so ever Moreover the professionalism was on point and the work was fantastic They use state of the art equipment helping in the process not cheap The clinic was aseptic at all times and had a great family feel potlucks at work The employees were very welcoming and were always helpful I can t stress enough the professionalism and kindness of the staff The VIP treatment was great I never felt alone or confused during the process Onur Umut always aranged for me to be picked up or transported to and from appointments airport Before coming to Istanbul they explained everything in full detail 100 accuracy I had a life changing experience with so many memories I was nervous traveling abroad alone but they all made me feel like I was never alone Even taking the time to spend time with me or taking me places instead of being at a hotel alone If you already have not spoken to Onur I highly recommend getting a quote They use the best materials and the prices are hard to beat They also speak English well The facility treats all their employees with great respect so it s good to see I can finally smile Hope this helps those worried or having a difficult time choosing make the leap You will not be disappointed
