Website spoofers and frauds who present misleading information on their website and refuse to give you your money back
1 Notice how their website makes it seem like they re the official website of the Istanbul Airport but if you scroll down their main web page it says The Airport information website There is no connection with IGA This is a sneaky form of website spoofing the act of creating a fake website as a way to mislead users 2 In order to prove the following I created an archived copy of their page about the Istanbul Airport Lounge on July 1 2022 Trustpilot does not allow links in reviews so just go to archive today and add kpwsT to the url Scroll down to Our Services where it says Spacious Suites Do you want to catch up on your sleep Because we know that airplanes aren t the exact comfiest place to sleep especially after having flights at ungodly hours and all you want to do is rest yourself We offer you an amazing luxurious bedroom suites sic for our VIP travelers Bonus The suites have attached bathrooms so you may take a shower and freshen up There is only one problem There are no such suites in the airport lounge They do not exist All there is is nap zones which is certainly not the same as a suite On June 30 2022 I ordered via their website access to the airport lounge part of something they call the VIP pass package because I needed somewhere to sleep during a layover between a flight from Oslo to New York a layover which began late at night that day and lasted until the early morning the next day for nearly nine hours I paid 75 Euros including VAT After I made the booking I received an email from someone called Book Turkey Now with a VIP voucher with a key code After landing in Istanbul I showed the code to the receptionists at the lounge and was granted access There was just one problem When I started looking for the so-called bedroom suites I couldn t find any I looked and looked until I gave up and went back to the reception where I explained the situation and showed them the page However the people at the reception confirmed what I already suspected The information on the page was plain wrong the lounge has no such suites at all Since I hadn t booked access to the lounge via them there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation That was when I realized that I had been fooled The only question now was Would the website that I had ordered from be willing to owe up to this and give me my money back I sent them an email explaining the situation and asked them to refund my money Unsurprisingly they refused writing as your pass was used we are unable to refund your payment yeah right your reservation is for an airport lounge not for a hotel so you shouldn t expect a hotel suite in the airport lounge trying to put the blame on me and even there are sic Nap Zones Resting Areas in the quietest point off the lounge and you can take a rest and sleep there no thank you that is not what I paid for and besides I don t sleep in such places it is too risky Don t order from them They are frauds

worst trip ever
worst trip ever you should really do politeness training for all the employees at this airport in addition to the fact that it is rare to find someone who speaks language other than turkish no one gives you correct information my mother and at least 5 other passengers missed their flights despite being there half an hour before the flight and no one explains to them what to do how to change the ticket is it free how to get hold of luggage no information turkishairlines care sends them back to customs customs asks them to see with turkishairlines care no information and no one makes the effort to give the information in a language other than Turkish i had to let my flight leave which was just after my mother s flight and buy a new ticket in the evening to go and pick her up and buy her a new ticket 1000 euros that I paid yesterday for the 2 tickets because of the incompetence of the employees at this airport it s really a shame to treat old people like this with no assistant i used to do stopovers in istanbul but never again never again

Incompetence and bad service in a big without benefits so called international airport
Don t be fooled by appearances Yes it s enormous if you think about it it s not helpful and the design is beautiful not smart but the services are bad quality For 4 5 euros you can get burned coffee and more for a hard simit Yet we can understand that every restaurant is different but we can t tolerate bad odors in the toilet and mosque area it s really disgusting and very disappointing The machines for luggage carriers don t give money back when you use cash so use credit card only and 1 of 2 of them don t work I think they don t do maintenance efficiently Of the top of it the unpleasant service of cashiers in duty free the incompetence of staff who btw most of them speak only Turkish How dare you call it international Imagine after experiencing racism and disrespect in Istanbul you come to this well I think it s quite logic

Extremly bad service in IST
Extremly bad service in IST 1 not correct information on display - I made 6000 steps between E L B N counters trying to check in2 staff don t speak english turkish only It s unacceptable in international aiport3 I spent one and half hour in ques at different counters and missed my flight4 trying to exit from airport I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes and made another 6000 steps No staff could help me only sales in shops exchanges speak english and helped me5 IST is very big modern beautiful but it has information about sales of whatch gold clothes snacks food only - no any information on exit and passport control I made another 6000 steps to exitTotal 12000 steps in more than 3 hours circling in IST Absolutely unacceptable service I visited several dozens of countries about 100 very different airports - IST is the worst

The worst airport I have visited istanbul new airpot
The worst airport I have visited 97 percent of the employees were incompetent even those who worked for a flight airline there were no answers to questions and when an answer came it was usually I don t know My flight was 9 hours late and the unfriendly staff made my stay even more difficult Additionally this airport is totally overpriced and the catering service is not that good I will never fly through this airport again

Istanbul Airport was a disappointment
Istanbul Airport was a disappointment The food and drinks are outrageously expensive making you feel like you re being ripped off The staff at the security checkpoint were rude and unhelpful refusing to assist with anything and expecting you to do their job On top of that the 50 euro entry visa fee is just absurd I won t be rushing back anytime soon

Worst airport I ever been
Where can I start First of all personal experience was awful they hardly speak English or even if they speak they don t want to understand you ask something they give you other thing customer service suck unfortunately the prices are ridiculous high one simple and no taste meal rice some chicken thrown in soy and one coffee and one orange juice 30 euro I mean about the airline Turkish Airlines I even don t want to talk About layovers long and delayed flights after all this bad and terrible experience I will never ever fly with Turkish airlines or have a layover in Istanbul

Very unpolite staff members who do not
Very unpolite staff members who do not help very difficult to communicate as hardly any members want to speak english It is an international airport however not one member of staff is able to speak english It is very rude as staff members speak in their own language Most members are ignorant and roll their eyes when you ask for help Worst airport that I have been to will definitely try to avoid in the future

The worst airport and Airlines ever
I don t know where to start but my experience with this airport and Turkish Airlines was extremely disappointing Based on many reviews I ve read it seems I m not the only one who feels this way The way the customer service treated us was insulting and offensive All they seem to care about is taking your money They have no respect for their customers and treat you like dirt regardless of the class you booked We were forced to make a new booking which was too expensive and wait 28 hours sitting on chairs simply because we arrived 25 minutes before the scheduled flight time I believe this is a reasonable time to board a plane However when we arrived at the gate out of breath and red-faced from running we found it closed and our boarding was denied The staff didn t even bother to apologize or assist us Instead the agent simply turned away and left us with unanswered questions not knowing what to do or where to go They were unfriendly and disrespectful throughout We traveled on December 28th a peak travel day when the airport was overcrowded The time it took to get from passport control to security checks was far longer than usual which caused us to be delayed Despite this there was no flexibility or understanding from the staff Additionally finding someone who could speak English to help us was nearly impossible I submitted a complaint to customer service but all I received in return was nonsense I would never recommend this airport or these airlines to anyone Avoid booking or traveling through these two
