Don t buy from this company You may aswell buy cheap Christmas crackers and you would get better products inside them After sales customer service is non existent you speak to bots and get nowhere and you can never return items as they make excuses and say the item is excluded from returns Avoid

I m still waiting for the company to address non receipt of order placed but its proving impossible to do so despite saying we re happy to help etc in their Trust pilot reply One is pointed to their customer services page on their website but unless your issue falls into FAQ section non receipt of goods doesn t there is no further assistance or guidance on how to rectify the issue

IT NOW SEEMS CLEAR THAT SHIENS RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS IS TO SEND AUTOMATIC REPLIES I E NOBODY ACTUALLY READS THEM AND TAKE ANY ACTION IN MY CASE AND I IMAGINE MANY MORE I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE COMPANY AS THEY SUGGEST ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND THEIR EXCUSE FOR NOT EFFECTING A REFUND IS BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM CANNOT DO IT APPARENTLY NEITHER CAN MANAGERS TAKE ANY ACTION BECAUSE THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEMS WON T LET THEM PERHAPS NEWSPAPERS IN NEED OF A GOOD STORY MAY TAKE UP THE CUDGEL Have a nice day is all the BOT can offer FOR THE FULL STORY PLEASE SEE MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS ON THE SAME SUBJECT

Returned items via Evri Proof on tracking that Shein has received the package but they say they can t find my order Impossible to speak to a real person Even Klarna disputed this for me but Shein rejected my dispute so it cost me 55 for a bracelet I d kept which was 75p DISGUSTED with this Company Will never use them again

First of all I ordered size M for my items in my order and received XL or L When I attempted to return order for a refund I was unable to I also made several attempts to contact Customer Support for assistance and was unable to almost as if they don t even exist I will never order again from this company just to receive cheap-looking clothing and non-existent customer service

This company has deceptive practices I purchased an item for around 77 dollars Shein cancelled my order calming they received my order to late they informed me by email I to the site to see was the problem i was told to repurchase the item the item was 9 00 dollars more than my original order I spoke to customer service told them the problem that i should not have to pay 85 00 for the same item that i ordered at 77 dollars I was told the item was not on sale anymore and i can repurchase at 85 00 the same item The company also has something called estimated pricing which switches the prices of the items this company has gotten worst I am writing the attorney general and the better Business Bureau this company has deceptive practices
