Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I recently had to return a 1 year old suitcase which had become slightly faulty taking advantage of the 10 year warranty I recommend anyone buying from IT luggage to keep the original luggage tags and a copy of the original order confirmation This made the whole replacement process quibble free I had to provide details of where the suitcase was faulty but that was OK They arranged collection of the old suitcase and delivery of the replacement Many thanks to Louise and Ashlea

Great warranty service

I had an issue with the lock on my case and they are replacing it after some confirmation questions The service was excellent and all completed within one day of initially contacting them That s great service and hopefully the lock will be easy to fix to the case

I would highly recommend buying an IT brand piece of luggage They stand by their warranty for their products I had a small issue with my luggage after a trip I took I contacted customer service via email After I emailed my proof of purchase and pictures of the issue IT sent me a Brand new one after I paid 25 for shipping Even though the model piece of luggage I had bought was no longer available they let me pick out a replacement one of my choice Customer Service was very professional kind and very helpful taking care of my issue I will not hesitate to buy this brand of luggage in the future

Incredibly responsive customer service

The handle of the carryon that I originally purchased on Amazon broke at its base shortly after I had received it Had no expectation that anything could be done but sent in pix and info to ITL anyway Was amazed by 1 fast response time 2 personal attention of customer service rep 3 clarity of direction re what I needed to do 4 a newer model replacement since mine was no longer available Such service in this day in age is truly amazing I am now a diehard ITL fan -- and my 6 grandchildren are all getting an ITL carryon for Christmas

Great Customer Service

After only one use the corner seam of my soft-case suitcase became loose Fortunately I had saved my receipt and tags I contacted customer service and after sending photos of the damage and tags I was able to pick a new suitcase-ANY size this was a carry-on although I was required to pay for shipping the cost varies by suitcase size Customer service always responded promptly to my emails and walked me through the return process Additionally I am able to keep the damaged suitcase which is usable for trips by car so far

Guarantee does work

I had an issue with my case after buying it 18 months before As Id kept tags and receipts IT let me choose another it took a few weeks as I didn t like much on their replacement website but in the end I ve ended up with a brand new one which I chose and it s now waiting for my next holiday

New wheel for suitcase

We needed a new wheel for our suitcase Contacted IT Luggage they were very helpful I sent a photo of the faulty wheel as requested they were very prompt in sending it it was very reasonably priced Thank you for you help
