I bought a 5th generation iPad at the end of October as part of a Christmas present for my daughter It arrived in A1 condition and in full working Order A few weeks ago it began to play up so I contacted IT Trade and told them of the problem they responded to all emails asked for the iPad back and today they are replacing the iPad and upgraded it for free I can t thank them enough and especially Zainab who I d personally thank Great interaction and result and one last thank you M cowen
