Terrible quality item The bag arrived looks like a cheap copy from China and on closer inspection is not identical to the photo on the website The website said original price was 80 Thank god I paid half that in the sale but still not happy to have paid 40 for it and will be returning it I could have got it for 10 on a cheap market stall Very disappointed Avoid

Ordered a bag for a gift It is so cheap looking I m gutted Website beautiful and bags look so lovely I could have ordered 10 tried one and even arrived in tatty envelope and bag Avoid at all cost Emailed to arrange a refund Looking at reviews not hopeful

I wish I had read the reviews but I was convinced by the ads I saw and the website The bag arrived in a cheap postal bag and what was inside resembled something you would get from Temu I tried to complain and get a refund and they told me they would refund but I have to foot the bill to ship the bag to the USA from the UK Would never ever buy from this place again I hope they go bust

Avoid - you won t get your money back for these cheap bags

Cheap tacky looking bags that appeared better in the photos No refund details or paperwork have emailed them to arrange a return and no response I purchased 2 bags for over 60 but these would not be worth more than 10 elsewhere AVOID

Honestly don t even waste your money on these bags HUGE scam they look so lovely in their photos but the quality of the bags are horrendous cheap and tatty I m so disappointed as I brought these for Christmas gifts and feel embarrassed to gift these Better off going to primark for the same quality just cheaper

While the bag the Geneva looks like how it does in the photos color wise I was fairly disappointed in the quality The bag feels pretty cheap not worth the price in my opinion and I had got it at a sale price Do not waste your money

Why did I not read reviews earlier Please do not waste your time buying from this company I ordered the Winona bag after seeing advertisements on FB my do I regret that now Very good marketing I ll give that to them The bag is so cheap looking not worth 5 if you ask me Emailed customer service to be told I could return the item however the returns address was the US Had I known this I would never ever have purchased from them I now feel I am stuck with a bag I ll never use as it would be embarrassing This is a big learning curve for me and I won t order anything that s been advertised on FB again The reviews on FB are all probably fake as it s beyond me how anyone would be pleased with these items

Avoid purchasing from this company Saw an advert on instagram and thought their bags looked really great quality I had zero communications regarding delivery until one day I had an email from Evri saying my Cub01 order was due for delivery which I googled and means that Evri use this code when the delivery is coming from an unknown company in China The bag is nothing like the photos they share on social media It is cheap and plastic please avoid and don t be fooled by their marketing
