The item I ordered was quite good I ordered one of the jackets from Star Trek Picard Excellent recreation Good quality Only issue I had was that it ended up running a little bit small I emailed them about exchanging it as the tag that came with the item instructed I was very quickly contacted by a gentleman named Ethan Bruce I wasn t sure if I d be able to exchange it because I lost my email with the order info I gave him my name and shipping address He promptly reached out to the appropriate department After exchanging a few emails as well as photos of the item they offered to send me a new one next size up The only thing it cost me was shipping and I got to keep the first one they had sent me The entire episode took maybe an hour
