I ordered a jacket which took ages to be delivered It didn t fit well and the quality wasn t as expected I ve tried to contact the company by phone and email to arrange a return without success Once I had proof of delivery I sent this to Jacket Platform and was told that he would like to issue a refund but I needed to change my review I received emails from several different company names so in the end I didn t know who I was dealing with The refund finally went into my bank 5 days after it was issued Would not use this company again I can only comment on my experience and this is an accurate account He keeps insisting that I promised to give a 5 star review once I got a refund I said that I would review my comment accordingly and I have emails that show this The service did not improve
