Amazing Customer Service on our Re-mortgage

Having used Jack for our initial purchase and having had a fantastic experience we didn t think about using anyone else for our Re-mortgage Despite having grown his business significantly since our initial purchase 5 years ago we were delighted to see that Jack Gear mortgage advice still provided a very personal touch and excellent customer service Jack spent a good deal of time speaking with us explaining our different options and the pros and cons of each This allowed us to make an informed choice in these uncertain times and get a great deal on our Re-mortgage After making our application we were taken great care of by Jack s personal assistant Madison She really went above and beyond following up with our solicitors and checking in with us throughout the entire process We don t think We have experienced better customer service than Madison provided We would definitely use Jack again for anything mortgage related and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone

Buying a Council Cornish unit

Our journey started in Feb 2022 when I approached Isobel and asked if she new of any companies who you could get a mortgage for on a Council Cornish unit as we had been told by the banks 5 years previous and again 2 years later that we could not get one and they can only be brought by cash buyers She said she would look into it for us and contacted to advise she had a company called Together who did this First of all we had to apply to the council and that took 3 months for them to advise what price we would need to pay We dealt with Isobel until she left on maternity leave and then Georgia took over We had a few issues but that was more due to our ages has I am 57 so the mortgage had to be 12years Georgia was amazing kept in touch and always answered any questions or concerns we had I have lived in our home for 31 years and never thought we would be able to buy it due to everyone saying they are not mortgageable well on the 12 12 2022 we brought the house I would like to thank Jack and his amazing team of staff who work so well together I would also like to say a very big thank you to Isobel who started the dream by listening and finding the company Together and getting all the paperwork to them at the start and then to Georgia who was there and saw us to the end
