I am always pleased with the roses I purchase from Jackson Perkins as well as the helpful instruction videos provided on their website They provide very good descriptions of their rose bushes as well as any notable history I especially like how each bush has a name When I have had a problem or one of my barefoot rose bushes fails to survive they have promptly and graciously replaced it Because of my satisfaction with their roses most of my roses were purchased from Jackson Perkins

This company stands behind the products they sell I had ordered a plant and when it arrived it wasn t looking to good I called and told them of it s condition and told them I was going to see if I could baby it back to a thriving plant They noted my problem with the plant Unfortunately I lost the plant and let them know Instead of a refund I ask that they send me the same plant again I was happy to wait and they sent me the most beautiful replacement can t wait until it blooms

Great Customer Service

I ordered a rose bush and purple supertunias and received them in a timely fashion The rose bush is doing wonderful The supertunias had some issues but they refunded me the cost of one that died without any problems or hassles Customer service people are great I would purchase from them again

These folks have been doing roses forever I was part of their test gardens back in the 90 s Moved to the big city and didn t have space for more than the few I brought with me in pots They are still doing fine and now part of my country rose garden Never have doubts with Jackson Perkins

Over the years I have ordered several roses both topiaries and plants Shipment arrived on time roses carefully wrapped and complete with detailed instructions The plants were mature and my Don Juan rose bloomed several months later I would order again and again pity I am limited by space -
