I m a first time buyer and everyone at Jacksons was very helpful and supportive all the way through the process from initial viewings until moving in Thanks in particular to Sophie Doughty who went out of her way to help me There were loads of issues with the solicitors which delayed things by several months but Sophie was always on my side and kept things moving in the right direction even when I was feeling frustrated and ready to give up on the property Estate agents don t always have the best reputation but Sophie is one that you can trust
