Excellent Customer Service

On opening my order which I received today I found it was short of several items I have been a customer for years and this is the first time this has happened I immediately sent an email which was very quickly answered by Jade This has now been resolved with the missing items being sent tomorrow Great customer service with the minimum of fuss Thank you Jade for your excellent service

THE S17

Hi We both love Uncle Jac however something terrible has happened My girlfriend likes to wash her tanks and then leave them to dry thoroughly sometimes on the radiator sometimes just waiting for four or five days But now the base of the S17 tank is attached to the Battery and cannot be removed What a disaster So now one cannot change the battery and the other thing she likes to do is use the S17 tank on the S22 battery for obvious reasons So Uncle Jac please at least sell the S17 tank on its own Thank You Very Much

Great customer service

I ve always received great customer service from these guys from advising me on which type of coil to use to explaining how vapes work to begin with to processing refunds quickly when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing They always answer the phone straight away and are really friendly and helpful keep up the good work

We have been using Jac Vapour for a while now and must say the product is excellent and good value for money aswell There was a slight mistake on my order that arrived today 1st time in about 70 orders I must say using the live chat to resolve this was very simple and easy to do within 10 mins the correct items were en route to me 1st class tracked parcel Very impressed indeed thank you Jade

Great products fast delivery and great customer service

Order regularly from this company for the last 2 years and dispatch is almost always the same day and delivery is fast and as stated On the one occasion I had a faulty product they dispatched a replacement immediately Great service
