I wouldn t even give Jade windows 1 star They are a pathetic ripoff company Sweet as pie when taking the order but have given me nothing but grief and false promises Hidden extra charges They call themselves a reputable company In my opinion they are ripoff merchants Disgraceful customers service rude and abrupt staff Never recommend this window company to anybody The reply to your comment when I placed the order you gave your word the order would be with me in 14 days Your admin person didn t submit the order until a week later After numerous emails I was promised another lie that I would get a confirmation a few days before which didn t happen I had to make yet another call did not get a curtesy call in return but an email When the order was picked up We were met with abrupt and rude staff that actually said we re not a charity when asked for the fixtures for the window Again you re unsatisfactory and do not give accurate details no one knows what the other is doing and mess up orders I ll never use you again and will never recommend you to anyone I know For the inconvenience you have caused me

This company has failed on all levels to live up to any of its website statements or customer reviews I ordered a composite door which I had saved for over 18 months priced at 1 750 On the day of fitting they turned up late brought the wrong door and had to return to the showroom to get the right one On fitting the door was not a true reflection of the colour pallet was rattling was falling back the handle was loose and the foot plate was damaged When reporting the issues I never received an apology and was made to feel like I was making a fuss A third visit to replace the damaged foot bar was replaced with another damaged footplate As a result I decided to go and speak to someone in person to express my unhappiness with the poor service I only wanted an apology but was met by David Fozard who became rather aggressive and dismissive He told me the issues I raised were only very minor and customers were not always right I left feeling very upset and distressed

Top class company A massive thank you to everyone at Jade and Kevin that worked extremely hard for 3 and half days installing our windows and doors such a lovely man Our house looks like new Thanks again

New bi-folds

Had some bi-folding doors fitted by Dez jade windows an absolute professional job from start to finish Would highly recommend the doors are excellent and the whole process easy and smooth

happy fitting experience

Very good had my two bedroom windows in triple glazing fitted in a day by one fitting man They look great if i decide i want more windows doing I will come for them doing here in the future

Look amazing We had 12 new windows and 2 new doors

We had 12 new windows and 2 new doors fitted over 4 days Lewis and Cisco did a fantastic job they are polite friendly very efficient and clean up after themselves also love a bacon butty All the staff at jade were helpful and honest and not pushy for a saleWe had a few problems with the glass but it was sorted after a few days no problemThank you all at jade windows BatleyTed Ryan Dave Lewis and Cisco
