Poor after-sales service

The ordering was easy and the delivery fast Unfortunately the wrong length of metal chain was delivered I ve been waiting almost 2 months for an extension but haven t received anything yet and they don t answer my third request to send it Poor after-sales service They also did not send me an official bill because the link does not work So I have no order-id

They do not deliver on time and when you ask about it tell you they can t tell you anything After submitting the complaint I did receive an update on when to expect the delivery which in 2 weeks so the delivery takes twice as long as advertised

I don t know I didn t have very good expirience with them The order came without screws and after calling them all day I couldn t reach anyone they just didn t take the phone

Good aftersales I noticed that 2 small items where missing in the package and they were sent afterwards for free Good website easy to understand

Unless the missing item which have been solved within 4 days their quality is great Yes I agree they need a different person aftersales and who s picking up the phone But in the end a perfect young company and for sure we will order with them again

We just moved in a new house and needed to figure out how we decorate and find the perfect jalousie sun blinds and all the rest you need to make it cosy We could find all we want within in a second and the handling of order and shipment was so easy that we felt really gratefull Moving is the hard work finding the rights sun blind or shutter Nothing more easy than that
