I ordered some oak stair parts last month The quality was amazing and the service was excellent The company make all the parts here in UK I asked if they could modify the post size to fit in to my stairs Nothing was a problem and the price was good This company knows what they are doing I will be returning to you guys on my next job

I ve been dealing with J J stair parts for several years Quality of timber is excellent and service consistent Very friendly and helpful staff On one occasion I had missed calculated the length of a bespoke rail they manufactured and delivered on the same day So I could finish the Job I would highly recommend Simon Bennett

Repalcement Oak handrail spindles

I bought White Oak components to replace our existing painted handrail and banister The components received were packaged well and delivery was as specified I did have a problem with an additional newel post cap that was damaged The problem was addressed very quickly and I was sent a replacement virtually overnight I would definitely recommend J J products

Brilliant service and response

JandJstairparts - they have been brilliant I needed a handrail for our stairs following my wife breaking her hip so that she could get up stairs I ordered the parts expecting a 5 to 8 day delivery they delivered them in 2 5 days very well packaged Their staff were very helpful friendly and responded to my emails or called me back as promised I m very pleased with the quality of materials My only small negative comment would be the quality of photos and colour on their website is not consistent Great to deal with and 10 10 for service

Fantastic company to deal with Could not have been more helpful Simple to order the parts I needed and straight forward to install You need to take your time and of course measure twice and cut once All the parts are well made and well finished Excellent company highly recommend

I was let down by a local supplier and it was a leap of faith ordering oak spindles and hand rail for a stair refurb off the internet I needn t have been concerned The materials supplied were of an excellent quality and well packaged I would recommend this company

It was easy to order the parts and when I had questions the service was excellent and my questions were answered instantly The parts arrived on time and were all very high quality You need to take your time and understand how they all go together but thanks to their website that was easy Everything went together perfectly and the end result is stunning everyone comments on them Thank you to all their staff for great service and top quality parts Keep up the good work

I am delighted with my oak handrail It arrived safely beautifully packed and has now been installed It is a lovely piece of wood and it has exceeded my expectations So thank you Mr Finch and the lovely helpful lady in the office who advised me on my order and whose name I cannot I m sorry remember

Excellent service from start to finish Lots of help when I rang to place an order I was told they would do their best to get my order on a certain date and they did this Myself and the Carpenter were impressed with the stair parts and everything was well packaged Very happy
