JLT has been an amazing opportunity There really is no pressure to meet targets - JLT simply gives you the tools to run your travel business your way and what fits in with your life This is especially beneficial if the travel business is for supplementary income to your day job Everyone in the team are lovely and you genuinely feel you ve made friends I have been with JLT since the beginning and I feel I m getting more confident everyday with all the help and support I am getting The variety of options to pay for extra training really caters to everyone Rather than adopt the one size fits all approach that sees you pay out lots of money for things that do not benefit you JLT provides everything you need to start and maintain your business but with the option to purchase extra courses for areas you wish to become more knowledgable in for example social media training The prices of the courses are in my opinion very affordable Overall it s been fantastic so far and I look forward to much more good things to come with JLT

Recently joined the business to become an independent travel agent and all I can say is wow The training is great the support from Janine Max and Steph is fab You also have so much support from the other agents and great ways of communicating via WhatsApp Cannot wait to continue my journey with JLT and grow with the business I would strongly recommend anybody looking in to becoming an independent travel agent to start with JLT I did my research before joining and these guys are definitely the best around

Joined the JLT Group looking to be a travel agent and boy I was glad to pick the correct one from the initial training to support to making profits in the matter of weeks this was a no brainer The core team is outstanding and the support provided is first class The list of suppliers to be able to use and able to compete with multi million pound companies and still make healthy commissions hands down the best out there

I m very new to the travel industry but the support I ve received from the JLT group has been excellent I am so glad I did my research and joined this agency The companies we have access to for bookings is vast and can offer some great deals to our customers The higher levels of financial protection for our clients offers peace of mind for the agent and the customer

Would never look back or to move

I had wanted to get into travel for a long time but it was always so far out of reach for me with the hefty fees intense training that had to be done classroom type based not being able to be competitive with other companies needing to meet certain sales targets amongst other things and with having a full time demanding job this was just not possible for me Then I find JLT and I m so grateful I did I was able to train at my own pace with the security that until I had successfully completed the training and had proven to the core team that I was competent only then would I be given access This was fantastic for me as it meant I could work my training in and around my job The training never stops and the assistance is constantly there which is fantastic The JLT community is fantastic with soo much support and laughter too which is great Everyone is always bouncing ideas off each other helping each other out from how to post on socials to current deals they have found I m so glad I found this fantastic group
