Scam Alert
As others have said this online shop is a total SCAM I spent 112euros on multiple sets and now two months later I have heard nothing I have sent so many emails asking what the delay is and four times now asking them to cancel my order and refund me They never reply The one or two times they did reply is to say my order contains a pre-order and they will ship the whole order when they receive it and that there is delay in the warehouse receiving pre-ordered items I am beyond angry and disgusted by this it looks like I have lost my money now but I ask that anyone seeing this please stay away from them

Zero communication
Zero communication does not pick up their phone took a week to let me know that my order was out of stock They didn t even initiate a refund as they should so I did a charge back via my bank You re GUARANTEED to get scammed by purchasing online from them

i ordered from them in july2024 and
i ordered from them in july2024 and it s now april2025 and i still haven t heard anything on my order i ve emailed multiple times asking to cancel or for a refund but i never receive an actual response customer service is awful and you re absolutely guaranteed to not get your order judging by other reviews too

Don t buy here same experience as the other reviews
It is unfortunate to see that so many other people have the same issues I placed the order got a track and trace number but when checking it it didn t work with the provided shipping agency Contacted them but no respons After a while I got a message that the package was returned to sender Contacted them and after approximately 20 emails got a link to resend it but it will costs 15 euro shipping on a product that itself costs 15 euro Up until today 18 months later and 44 emails deep no communication skills from there end And still waiting in a solution and product So like the others said don t buy here Take the other reviews to hart
