Rings broke in a year Bad quality materials
I bought two tungsten and wood engagement rings and in less than a year the two materials have separated and I can t wear them Also the tungsten which is supposed to be durable and doesn t require maintenance has lost all its color and shine It has gone from shiny black to matte gray in less than a year I contacted the store and they haven t responded and since it s been more than 180 days since the purchase I m not entitled to a warranty from the platform where I bought it I am surprised to only see positive reviews of this store personally I feel scammed
