Don t buy product on this website

I taked a order on this site on the website shows send in 48 hours But after 6 days I didn t get any notification about that after my payment is accepted Than I diceded to write them a e-mail and something amazing happend they told me that the products are sold out How can that happend when those product are selling on the website Shouldn t I as a guest be told about the status of the product when I m taking the order

Poor seller with little understanding of international customs

I bought a Disney Pixar car from this seller on Amazon UK This seller was quick to dispatch the item but has little understanding of international customs The seller shipped the item as a gift and in individual capacity instead under the shop name Gifts attract 78 customs duty as against 42 customs for purchases There was no reason for this seller to list the item as a gift when it was paid upfront in full I would have to pay 32 Pounds customs for a 20 pound Item which incidentally is available for 4 pounds on Amazon Japan website I would suggest buyers to buy directly from Amazon Japan website where the sellers pay customs upfront and ensure hassle free delivery very disappointed with this seller who is unable to comprehend the issues caused by them

Hi I recently ordered an item from you for my child It was a little live pet toy mouse I had ordered a brown one for my son This little toy mouse is called Crumbs My son was so excited to receive the package from you but unfortunately he was disappointed to find a pink toy mouse in the package instead of a brown mouse The item number in your dispatch note is RX 130 029 836 JP

We ordered a Nintendo GameCube

We ordered a Nintendo GameCube Controller on Amazon de to Germany The package could not be delivered because no one was here and was returned right away to Japan instead of storing it in a parcel shop for collection We have screenshots from the tracking to proof the return to Japan The time we realized that the package did not arrive was too late to start an A-Z guarantee we contacted the seller on up to now 10 ways including Amazon Facebook email and the seller homepage but never received an answer especially not receiving an refund for this order We ordered the item 2 more times and the seller deposited tracking numbers from totally different shipping in other countries France etc We had to fetch back our money over an A-Z guarantee It is unbelievable that this seller is still active on Amazon We want to warn everyone who plans to order at this store because it is not trustworthy at all Regarding the reply of the company we have to state as said before that we did not order on japanzon com but on the seller page of JapaNzon amazon de which is the same company when looking at the imprint address So the above written issue affects this company very well For comparision the seller profile on Amazon can be found with google search of amazon japanzon and shows this address in the imprint Sumida-ku Sumida 2- 9-3TokyoTokyo131-0031JPwhich is exactly the same as shown on the company homepage

No Recommendation

- Bad customer service- Do not react to customers with correct answers but only with automated answers- When you write with them you think you are talking writing against a wall - After I bought a game from them that the company called new I got a re-packaged used game instead yes you can cleary see that this game is used They didnt even try to repackage this game good Its so obvious I then applied to send the game back and get my money back because the company lied to me about the condition of the game But then they didn t react to it at all Amazon had to do everything for me so that the company would give me answers and still they respond too slowly It s been going back and forth for too long After thousands of calls and always the same automated replies from them I finally got an address to send it back to It has already been 2 to 3 weeks but I didn t get any more answers from them There is no progress they are interested in 0 And everything has to be done by AMazon right now I even had to use the A-Z guarantee so that I might get my money No recommendation it just doesn t work that they give me my money back after I ve done everything I was told all goods returned No progress for 2-3 weeks Company is interested 0

Good shipping bad communication

Hello the packaging was fine the products arrived in good shape But that would have been nice to warn your buyers about custom taxes I paid 35 euros which is a lot and never japanzon warned me about the possibility of taxes the best way to avoid them which delivery method or company best to avoid them none of that It s disapointing that you spend 200 euro in a shop and they don t communicate the basics to you
