Customer service needs guge improvement

Would give 0 stars if that was an option Only place in Dubai that takes 4 days to deliver something dont work on saturday or sunday this is the year 2023 Whatsapp service NEVER has live agents Call customer services and the line just goes dead Call service centre and they can t connect you with customer services So basically no way of speaking to anyone The worst retail service in UAE

No refund while they sell with a higher prices compared to other shops with same products

Unfortunately my experience with the customer service of this company has been extremely disappointing It is evident that there is a pressing need for a significant improvement in their customer service department Despite reaching out to them multiple times both through phone calls and emails I have never received any response This lack of communication is not only frustrating but it also reflects poorly on the company s dedication to providing satisfactory customer support In order to rectify this issue it is crucial that the company takes immediate action to address and fix their customer service problems It is a shame that a company with presumably great products falls short in the area of customer service

NO RETURN NO REFUND THEY DONT FELLOW THEIR POLICIES

Very bad experience in the shop at Alwahda Mall AUH and Dubai Mall The price of the same item is higher than in other shops even with discounts Having no refund made it even worse I do not encourage buying from them before checking other shops

We bought 2 briefcases from Jashanmal and left the items in the shop After shopping around we realized that even though the products were on discount they were still expensive compared to similar items at other stores like Carrefour where we found the same product at half the price Despite Dubai law recommending returns within 7 days they refused to issue a refund It felt like our money was being held hostage They used the tactic of offering huge discounts to lure customers only to find out later that the products were still expensive when compared to competitors

Worse refund experience

do not buy from them they picked up my goods which were being returned as they did not represent the picture and a refund is impossible they do not reply to your messages and are a fraudulent company Do not buy from them Spread the word I now don t have the goods or the refund - its fraud

Extremely incompetent management and customer service

It has been over a month now no refunds bad communication and lack of customer service I love how they were so helpful and friendly when I was making purchases but now suddenly they are busy to reply to messages calls So frustrating I just want my money back

Extremely incompetent management and customer service We ordered a suitcase online which was meant to be delivered within 2 days No delivery or updates after more than a week so we tried reaching their customer service phone line They informed us that the cause of delay was because their stock ran out and had to wait for the new ones We waited a few more days for an update Finally they informed us that the delivery was on its way to us and made us wait another 3 days Nothing came and we had to call them again for an update to find out that they had to give us a refund because its still out of stock Now they refuse to send an email about the refund request or that its being processed A total shitshow

Used to be a wonderful shop in Kuwait since my childhood whenever we needed luggage or gifts that was the 1st choice to get it from Unfortunately now its awful the online ordering system has incorrect phone contacts no replies to emails asking why my order is delayed Simple order inside kuwait takes minimum 3 days Forget it and forget shopping at Jashanmall It s just too hard to get any response from anyone in the customer service and when anyone finally replies they tell you to contact another number which after they provide it its switched off at 11am on a Momday From now on I will buy luggage and gifts elsewhere
