Outstanding Service

I fly a lot and I ve never had Parking Company sending me text to acknowledge my parking with them and a nice message My flight was then delayed for over 2 hours until after midnight and they were so understanding going as far as telling me to stay inside out of the cold and they will let me know when they were 10 minutes away I had some bad experiences but they were simply outstanding

At last a company we can rely on Having used many different parking companies at various airports we ve had quite a few parking frustrations from a meet and greet that s a 20 min walk to waits of 40 mins plus but Jbfmeet and greet were very efficient even answering our call on the first ring and extremely helpful- very unusual Our timings were a little off due to disability complications but Alice arrived in 15 mins She had suggested that as we had a disabled passenger to meet in the disabled parking bays directly infront of the terminal which was such a relief- no tricky slopes or lifts to negotiate with a wheelchair Many thanks Alice that was very thoughtful of you- we were very impressed We will definitely only be booking Jbfmeet and greet in future

Friendly staff didn t leave me hanging around at the airport and when I returned back they were there with my car within ten mins I will deffo use them again
