Worst experience ever

Where do i even begin here I ordered two watches one santos one daytona with express shipping After a couple of days waiting no shipping email was received so I sent him a dm on instagram an got a prompt response that he has high demand and can t meet the given times on his website so I asked for a refund of express shipping which I received Time passes by and I still don t got any shipping update after 10 days no tracking Id no nothing I contact him again and he tells me that the parcel has been dispatched and the order status on his website changed finally but still no tracking ID to checkmyself But after a good 3 weeks I received a parcel seems like straight from china I can only assume he just drop shipps the watches instead of building them himself with only ONE of the two ordered watches The daytona was missing wow what a disappointment and not bad enough the santos was broken and wasn t in a usable condition So i contacted him again on instagram no response contacted him through the service center on his website no responses email what a surprise no response what a unpleasant experience Please buy your seiko mods somewhere else this is just a poorly made shopify store with very bad customer service and a unpleasant experience This store makes 60-120k a MONTH by selling these poorly made watches please DONT buy Save your time and money

Worst experience ever The watch arrived very late and lacking a screw They sent a new bracelet but also the watches movement extremely bad it doesn t even hold through when I wear it or just take it off for a night They don t even accepted to take it bad My money just went down the drain

DO NOT PURCHASE Worst experience everPurchased a watch it was defective Had to fight to get the returned postage fees refunded to be sent a replacement for this to be faulty Refused to pay returned postage fees Sent the second one back at my expense and had to chase for refund for them to then refund me minus the original returned postage fees totalling 33 Europe Absolute theives who sell crappy merchanidise The whole experience has been an embarrassment from start to finish and I don t know how they are still in business Avoid at all costs If your looking for a better experience from a reputable company go to modwatches co uk their reviews speak for themselves

Bad experience

This company is a full of scams people i ricevessi the Watch 2 months later and also as soon I wash my hand straight away it get foggy is a good fake one looks really but isn t I have been send it email not answering back

Lost parcel- poor customer support

Absolutely awful my parcel was never delivered albeit JB watches saying it was they were not interested in chasing Royal mail who was delivering on JB watches behalf this is the worst company I have I have ever dealt with when there has been an issue with a delivery I would recommend looking elsewhere were if you want a watch of this type

NEVER buy from JB Mod WatchesThey have still not delivered my watch and now they are telling me that I have to chase royalmail to see where it is This is AWFULL this is there responsibility to get the parcel to me they have my money now are not interested in helping just fob me off and expect me to chase This is my second review and this still hasn t got them to contact me direct to resolve this the decent thing todo would be to resend another watch and them to chase royalmail Let s see what happens will update trust pilot in the next few days

The saga continues with JB mod watches I now have confirmation from Royal Mail that it is JB MOD Watches responsibility to speak to Royal Mail regarding the lost parcel this has to be the worst experience ever regarding purchasing an item As I have said before stay away from this company there are other companies that do similar watches but will have a far better customer service also I have left my telephone number on most of my emails and no one contacts you this is just a faceless company just out to take your money when things go wrong with no commitment to help you out
