Faulty drill problem resolved

Never had any issues with JCB cordless tools unlike other Brands beggining with M I ve a full range of JCB tools and they all perform to a high standard

Recent purchase

A JCB drill I purchased became faulty but unfortunately I mislaid the receipt from B Q where I purchased it I couldn t therefore meet the requirements to have it fixed under warranty and B Q had stopped stocking the said item but a young lady by the name of Catherine at JCB resolved the matter by arranging a discount on a brand new drill charger and battery which they duly delivered direct to me

Great service

From ordering on a Saturday of a Bank holiday it was delivered the next working day Very easy to handle and use will order again in the near future

I m pleased with the tool It seems well made time will tell It arrived quickly the price was good and I was really happy that delivery was free

Combi drill

The mesh based sanding sheet was very effective and could be rinced in water to avoid clogging

Superb quality at a very good price

Fast delivery Great tool Solid and easy to use and to clean It manages clay and stones well The removable handle makes is easy to store too I shopped around before buying but I m very happy with my choice I strongly recommend it
